August notes

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to make a post in which I will make 2 requests, and give some shout outs.

Request #1: Attention all artists! I need your help! I need a new header/banner for the top of the website that says 'Amanda Bynes News' and uses great recent pictures of Amanda. Put your creative talents to use and have your work seen by thousands of Amanda fans around the world every day! E-mail me for more details...

Request #2: Please click here to help my rankings since it is a new month and the numbers start over. If everyone clicked once it would be a huge help and I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, I wanted to give two shout outs, first to k for your comment, because fans like you are the reason why I love to do this site, and also to everyone who visited in July, I had record breaking numbers!

1 week anniversary!

Today marks the one week anniversary of Amanda Bynes News! Since last Sunday, this site has recieved over 360 unique hits and over 700 total hits! I want to thank everyone who visited and made this site such a success.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to pranksalot, Carol, Tiff, coolboy, and Liz for your comments and shout outs. Keep them coming, I love feedback!

This is only the beginning, keep checking back for lots more to come!

Mini Biography

Amanda Bynes rose to fame by getting laughs first on All That, then her own Nickelodean variety show before leaping into movies including Big Fat Liar, What A Girl Wants, Robots, and She's the Man. Bynes continued her television presence in the long running sitcom What I Like About You and most recently, Lovewrecked. Bynes will next be seen in her singing debut as part of the the eagerly anticipated musical blockbuster Hairspray, co-starring John Travolta, Queen Latifah, Nikki Blonsky, Christopher Walken, Zac Efron, Elijah Kelly, Brittany Snow, Allison Janney, and James Mardsen. At 21, she recently completed a comedy remake of Snow White entitled Sydney White and the Seven Dorks. Bynes has retained her image as the wholesome, hilarious girl next door and has yet to be reported stumbling out of a Hollywood club. In her decade plus long career, she has taken home six Kid's Choice Awards in a row, as well as the Veteren Award at the 2006 Young Hollywood Awards.
